I photographed my young friend as he swam laps preparing for a meet. It was his senior year in high school and he was perfecting his breast stroke. I enjoy this photograph because it shows the water gliding over the surface of his skin as he propels himself through the water like a fish.
I am a self taught artist of only 13 years. I spent much time checking out books from the library on Painting and the Old Masters. I have combined some of the features of my favorite Old Masters and Impressionists to create my own style. Please feel free to comment and share my work with family and friends.
