There are very few pictures that I have seen of the Blessed Mother as a young girl. This portrait could represent how she felt when the Angel Gabriel came to her with a message that would change the course of her life.
I am a self taught artist of only 13 years. I spent much time checking out books from the library on Painting and the Old Masters. I have combined some of the features of my favorite Old Masters and Impressionists to create my own style. Please feel free to comment and share my work with family and friends.
